Prerequisites:
2-year degree in one of the following fields: engineering, HVAC Service, construction management, technical, or electronic field
At least 5-6 years experience in the controls field with at least 3-5 years experience in design or project management
Strong HVAC controls background
Strong DDC Systems background
Strong Electrical Controls Background
Strong control system design and implementation
Programming of DDC Systems experience
Organized and customer focused individual with significant project scheduling experience
Strong writing and verbal skills
Effective and strong communication skills with electrical subcontractors and field personnel
Understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards and their impact on project activities
Clean driving record
Relocation Covered: Yes

Job Description:
Candidate must perform:
- Provide guidance to contractors at the assigned level of responsibility.
- Coordinate electrical installation with electrical contractor at jobsite.
- Schedule and coordinate adjustments and calibrations and submit commissioning reports on automation systems.
- Participate in jobsite final walk on assigned jobs and complete all job closeout documentation.
- Complete and submit written reports covering all aspects of each assignment.
- Deliver technical support to end-users and field labor when applicable.
- Train customers on company system before job turnover.
- Coordinate and accept project turnovers from sales team and verify project estimates and project package.
- Coordinate project transition with sale and client
- Design and coordinate design of engineered project submittals for complete systems interface.
- Write, submit, and track all project documentation i.e.: request for clarification, change estimates, subcontracts, schedule of values, letters, etc.
- Schedule projects to meet client requirements and coordinate with field personnel to ensure manpower availability
- Attend and keep minutes of client and/or project meetings
- Keep project budgets and billings current with accounting personnel
