Mechanical HVAC Project Manager (Full-Time)

The Mechanical Project Manager coordinates construction scheduling and communication and acts as a liaison to project management concerning bids, subcontracting, progress, and delays. This position may also be responsible for estimates, schedules, materials, and purchase orders. Salary available depends on construction experience, especially Mechanical HVAC project management experience. The single point of accountability for the delivery of a large project including design, scope, cost & schedule.

• Responsible for managing a large project and team.
• Serves as the main Point of Contact for a project.
• Responsible for design, trade and subcontractor management.
• Leadership role to entire project team, including identifying and delegating the responsibilities of team members.
• Applies defined policies and procedures and takes responsibility for decisions and project issues.
• Develops and implements procedural systems and strategies to ensure the continuous improvement of project teams and overall project performance.
• Responsible for developing a clearly defined repeat client base and assists in future work procurement with these customers.
• Consistently provides customer with all job related information regarding status of project.
• Support Field Labor
• Responsible for budget analysis reports, cost and revenue projections, budget analysis, change orders, construction plans etc.
• Responsible for effectively mitigating cost related issues or problems
