Athena Engineering, Inc. was asked to rehabilitate Cesar Chavez Park and to construct a new amphitheater.  The attention to detail that is typical of Athena Engineering proved essential as the scope of work was extensive. Excavating, hauling, grading, sloping, concrete casting, trenching and the installation of plumbing and fencing were necessary to complete the project.
