AEI and Subsidiary Piper Spirit, LLC Announce Construction of New Office Buildings

SAN DIMAS, CA, March 1, 2006 – In conjunction with its subsidiary, Piper Spirit, LLC, Athena Engineering, Inc. broke ground at what will soon become its new office complex at 456 E. Foothill Boulevard in San Dimas.

Two office buildings will be located on the 75,000 square foot lot (1.7 acres). The first will house Athena Engineering, Inc. and the second will be build-to-suit commercial offices. KCM Architects and the creative minds at Athena Engineering worked together to design the two-story office buildings. Athena Engineering, Inc. is the general contractor on the project.

“I’m proud of Athena Engineering, Inc.’s growth and am excited to move our operations to a new location,” said assistant project manager Athena Chiera. “We are creating an efficient, much needed new facility that will better serve our needs and the needs of our customer.”
